Sarasota isn’t just a great town to invest in real estate – but this small city is alive year round with the arts, golf, and of course – the beaches!

Sarasota experienced a few days of rain thanks to Tropical Storm Debby – but that is behind us and the sun is shining.

Take advantage of the beautiful weather and if you are in the area, come out to Lido Key this Sunday, July 1 for the annual Sunscoast Grand Prix Boat Race.  You can also view the boats up close at the boat parade on Friday night.  Check out the event website for a weekend full of activities… including a fishing tournament, meet and great with the drivers, motorcycle charity ride, and a downtown block party.  Proceeds and donations from some of the events and participating restaurants will go towards Suncoast Charities for Children.
