I have purchased two homes now with Doug leading the way. Both times he has gone above and beyond in every sense to make sure we had a great home buying experience. What a wonderful experience! Doug Parks was so great to work with and made the entire process so easy. He is very professional and very good at what he does... Doug provided services that were above and beyond any other realtors I have dealt with. He was timely, provided great advice and handled all that was required... Since I still live in Michigan and I could not be there for the close, he even handled the walk thru and closing for me. I was and am so grateful. Doug successfully sold my first home in Calusa Lakes, Florida. He sold my Mom's house, also in Calusa Lakes, in addition to finding me the perfect home in Venice, Florida. Doug was wonderful to deal with, and he kept perseveringly when several contracts fell through. Doug even did yard and pond maintenance when contractors did not show. Great job above and beyond call of duty ! Thank you for the sale of our house, and above asking price!

Doug was a great help, especially since I live out of state. He always kept in contact and answered any of my questions. I had an issue with the water heater and Doug stepped up to help.

Doug Parks is the consummate professional real estate agent. He not only knows his market extremely well, but he also is trustworthy and very likeable. To me those are three of the most important attributes of a salesperson (someone I like, someone I trust, and someone that can deliver the best market information to me).
