Main Bar Sandwich Shop

Established in 1958 by a retiring circus performers Antonio Borza and his wife Thea. The Famous Italian Sandwich which was influenced by Thea’s love and hometown of Florence, Italy is more popular now than it was in 1958 when it was first introduced. Now The Main Bar has over 50 different sandwiches to choose from. With almost all original Circus photos flooding the walls this is a great place to check out what Sarasota’s well-known for.

O’Bricks Irish Pub

Situated in one of Bradenton’s two oldest buildings known as the Juplinor hotel and Anderson-Finkham building it is hard to believe that the building dates back to 1901. As you visit O’Bricks you will find all of the wood was personally picked by ownership and hand-carved in Costa Rica. Rick Willats part-owner has a passion for the Costa Rican culture and was what has inspired him in the restaurant’s atmosphere. Make time to stop in and try one of their most popular dishes here called the shillelagh sandwich (pronounced shil-lay-lee). A club that includes applewood smoked bacon, ham, turkey toasted on panini bread. Don’t forget to check out their full menu full of Martinis!

 

Central Cafe

Inspiring a West Coast styled menu from California’s seasonal harvest, Central Cafe is known for its attractive vibe for any tribe. Located on the outskirts of downtown Bradenton the cafe offers an array of options from salads, pizza’s burgers, sandwiches, tacos and more! During the time between 2 PM – 5 PM they provide a creative midday menu & happy hour specials!
