The Mark Downtown Sarasota Underway
A little past the initial projected start of July, construction is under way on The Mark Sarasota, a 12-level, 157-residence, mixed-use project in downtown Sarasota.
Developer, The Kolter Group, held a ceremonial groundbreaking event Wednesday, August 8th at the construction site at State Street and Pineapple Avenue. The $50 million project will include a ground-floor promenade, with 35,000 square feet of space for restaurants and shops.
